1. Eligibility for Returns

✔ The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
✔ The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.

- Opened or used consumable products (e.g., A4 paper, pharma bottles)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Return the Item: Ship the item back to our warehouse in [Perth, WA] within 14 days of approval. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
- Approved Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.
- Partial Refunds: If an item is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

5. Warehouse Pickup & Immediate Delivery Returns
For orders picked up from our Perth warehouse or delivered via immediate delivery, returns must be initiated within 14 days from pickup/delivery.
