We currently ship Australia-wide. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer multiple shipping and pickup options:

4. Warehouse Pickup (Perth, WA)
For customers who prefer to collect their orders, we offer a warehouse pickup option in Perth, WA.
- Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email when their order is ready for pickup.
- A valid order number and ID may be required at pickup.
5. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
- Free shipping may be available for bulk orders or special promotions.
6. Order Tracking
